Privacy Policy
Effective: May 17, 2026
This policy explains what information Precisely Fasion LLC collects through www.preciselyfasion.com (the “Site”), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors and customers of the Site.
1. Who we are
Precisely Fasion LLC, 346 Ridge Dr, Alpine, UT 84004, USA. For any privacy question or request, email [email protected].
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Name, email address, shipping and billing addresses, and phone number (optional) when you place an order or create an account.
- Order history and any notes you include with an order.
- Messages you send to customer service.
Information collected automatically
- Your IP address, browser and device characteristics, and approximate location (derived from IP).
- Pages you visit, links you click, and the page that referred you to us.
- Cart and session identifiers (cookies set by WooCommerce so your cart works).
Information from third parties
- Payment metadata from Stripe (a charge confirmation, the last 4 digits of your card, billing ZIP). We never receive or store full card numbers.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies to make the Site work and to keep it secure. We currently group them into:
- Essential cookies — set by WooCommerce so your cart and checkout function (typically expire when you close your browser or within a few hours).
- Security and performance cookies — set by Cloudflare to detect bots and keep the Site fast (typically last up to 30 days).
- Functional cookies — if you create an account and stay logged in, your login is stored as a cookie (up to 2 weeks).
We don’t currently run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; if you block essential cookies, parts of the Site won’t work.
4. How we use your information
- To process and ship your orders, and contact you about them.
- To answer customer-service messages.
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
- To comply with legal and tax obligations.
- To understand how the Site is used, in aggregate, so we can improve it.
5. Abandoned-cart emails
If you reach the checkout, enter your email address, and leave without completing your order, we may send you up to three reminder emails so you can pick up where you left off. These are sent automatically by our Cart Abandonment Recovery plugin. You can opt out by clicking the unsubscribe link in any reminder or by emailing us at [email protected].
6. Who we share your information with
We share data only with the providers we need to operate the Site and fulfill your orders:
- Stripe processes payments. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
- Shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) receive your name and shipping address so they can deliver your order.
- Cloudflare sits in front of our Site to mitigate bots and DDoS attacks; your IP address and request data pass through Cloudflare’s network.
- Hosting and email providers store data on our behalf under contract.
- Legal or safety disclosures when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don’t share it with advertisers for cross-context behavioral advertising.
7. International transfers
The Site is hosted on servers in the United States (AWS US-West-2). If you visit us from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US, which may have different privacy protections than your country.
8. How long we keep your information
- Order records: 7 years (to comply with tax and accounting rules).
- Customer-service messages: 2 years from the last contact.
- Abandoned-cart records: 90 days.
- Account profile: until you ask us to close it.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete information (subject to records we must keep for tax or legal reasons).
- Receive a portable copy of your information.
- Object to or restrict certain uses.
- Withdraw consent where we rely on consent.
California residents: the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA) gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of for sale or sharing; if that ever changes, we’ll add a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link to the Site.
To exercise any right, email [email protected] with enough information for us to identify your records (name + email used on orders). We’ll respond within the time required by your local law (typically 30–45 days).
10. Children’s privacy
The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we’ll delete it.
11. Security
We protect your information in transit with TLS (HTTPS), use a strict origin certificate behind Cloudflare, hash administrator passwords, and rely on Stripe to handle card data. No system is perfectly secure — if we ever become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we’ll notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by law.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always posted here with an updated “Effective” date at the top.
