Orders
When will I get my order confirmation?
Right after you place an order, an automated confirmation goes to the email you used at checkout. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam folder. Still missing? Email us with your order number or the email you used and we’ll resend it.
Can I change or cancel my order after I place it?
We move orders to fulfillment fast. If you reach out within an hour of placing the order, we can usually still change the address, swap a size, or cancel. Once a package is handed to the carrier, we can’t recall it.
Where’s my order?
When your order ships, we send a second email with a tracking number. You can also see status on your account page if you have one. If tracking hasn’t updated for more than 5 business days, write us.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only (all 50 states plus DC). International shipping is on our list for the future.
How long does it take?
Most orders ship within 2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes another 3–5 business days, depending on your address. Expedited options are shown at checkout when available.
My package arrived damaged or never arrived.
Email us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and (for damage) a photo or two. We’ll work with the carrier and either replace the item or refund it.
Returns & refunds

How do I start a return?
Email customerservice@preciselyfasion.com with your order number and what you’d like to return. We’ll send return instructions the same or next business day.
When will I see my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post the credit.
Sizing
How do I know what size to order?
Fit notes — including how the piece is cut, what we recommend if you’re between sizes, and any model-measurement reference — live on each product page. If you’re still unsure, send us your usual size in a comparable brand and we’ll give you a recommendation.
What if a piece doesn’t fit?
Send it back unworn within 30 days for a refund — see the Refund & Returns Policy. We don’t process formal size exchanges; for the fastest swap, place a new order for the correct size and return the original.
Payment & account
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Apple Pay — all processed securely through Stripe. We don’t see or store full card numbers.
My card was declined. Now what?
The most common reasons are an address mismatch with your bank’s records or a card-fraud hold from your bank. Double-check the billing address you entered, then try again or use a different card. If your bank is blocking the charge, a quick call to them usually fixes it.
Do I need an account to order?
No — guest checkout is fine. An account gives you order history and faster checkout next time. You can reset a forgotten password on the My Account page.
