Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love what you buy. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work at Precisely Fasion.
1. Return window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Requests received after 30 days can’t be accepted.
2. Condition
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or laundering can’t be refunded.
3. Non-returnable items
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
- Gift cards.
- Intimates and similar items where return for hygiene reasons isn’t possible.
4. How to start a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and which item(s) you want to return. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with the return address and any specific instructions.
5. Return shipping
Unless the item arrived defective or damaged, return shipping is at your expense. We recommend a trackable service — we can’t issue a refund for an item that doesn’t reach us.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post the credit to your statement. Original shipping charges aren’t refunded except where the return is due to our error.
7. Exchanges
We don’t process formal size or color exchanges. For the fastest swap, place a new order for the correct piece and return the original within the 30-day window for a refund.
8. Damaged or defective items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement (or refund, if you prefer).
9. Order cancellation
You can cancel an order before it ships. Email us as soon as possible — once a package is handed to the carrier, we can’t recall it.
